About the Certificate
The certificate issued through ETC Okinawa is provided by Professional Training Associates, Inc., an organization approved by the State of West Virginia.
Certificates issued by the State of West Virginia are compatible with those from other states, such as Pennsylvania. Therefore, applications for the refresher training are also accepted.
However, we will first verify whether the certificate you currently hold is valid before accepting your application.
Process for Receiving Your Certificate
Note: It takes approximately one week from the completion of the course to receive your certificate. Please apply with sufficient time in advance.

Attend all required training hours and pass the test

ETC Okinawa submits the application documents to PTA Inc. (usually the next day)

PTA Inc. issues the certificate and sends it to ETC Okinawa (usually within 3 business days)

ETC Okinawa forwards the certificate to your designated email address
About the Training Provider
Professional Training Associates, Inc. is an EPA-approved training provider located in Pennsylvania and able to issue the certificate both the State of West Virginia and the State of Pennsylvania. By completing training through ETC OKINAWA, participants will receive a West Virginia certificate issued by Professional Training Associates, Inc.
