本更新講習は、アスベスト除去作業に従事する作業員（Worker）を対象としたものです。本講習では、米国労働安全衛生局（OSHA）および米国環境保護庁（EPA）の規則に基づく標準作業手順を学び、日本の石綿作業従事者教育とは異なる米国の作業管理手法を復習します。通常、除去会社の作業員がこの資格を必要としています。

This refresher course is designed for workers engaged in asbestos abatement activities. Participants will refresh standard work practices in accordance with the regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and will gain an understanding of U.S. work management methods that differ from Japanese asbestos worker training requirements. This qualification is typically required for workers employed by asbestos abatement contractors.
